SUBSTANCE: invention relates to marine anchors. Marine anchor includes plane of symmetry and comprises flake, shank and remote actuated locking and unlocking device. Shank is connected with possibility of turning to said blade. Remote actuated locking and unlocking device, by means of which said shank can be rotary locked or unlocked relative to said blade. At that, remote actuated locking and and unlocking device comprises rotary articulated four-link chain, which is formed by four bars. Bars include at least three rigid bars.
EFFECT: achieving remote adjustment of blade angle after installation of anchor into mooring base soil.
