FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: bottle cork comprises a cap made in the form of a single stamped part, which upper part is provided with an internal thread along the side surface and the seal frontal collar, and is connected along the line of weakened strength with the lower part of the cap. Furthermore, the bottle cork comprises a drainage assembly made in the form of a single stamped part comprising a sealing sleeve with fastening means on the bottle neck, a drainage sleeve which inner side surface interacts with the outer side surface of the seal frontal collar of the upper part of the cap, and an outer shell located with a radial clearance relative to the drainage sleeve and connected to it, with the external thread on the side surface, forming along the periphery the threaded connection with the inner thread of the upper part of the cap. The drainage sleeve and the outer shell are interconnected to the upper part above the threaded connection. The outer shell from below has a skirt equipped with axial ribs made with the ability of interaction with the mating axial ribs of the bottle neck. The lower part of the lower part of the cap is provided with lower lips interacting with the lower end face of the skirt, at that on the inner side surface of the lower part of the cap near the line of weakened strength there are internal protrusions made with the ability to engage with the outer protrusions of the outer shell during unscrewing of the upper part of the cap and the lack of engagement during its tightening, similar to performing the ratchet mechanism teeth. At that over the external protrusions on the outer shell there are latches made with the ability to bend outwardly spontaneously when unscrewing of the upper part of the cap, and on the inner side surface of the outer shell there are radial protrusions impeding with their lower end faces to axial displacement of the drainage assembly downwards relative to the bottle neck.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at creation of a new design of a bottle cork, which is reliable in operation, provides visibility of the initial opening, hinders unauthorised re- filling of the bottle, and also reduces the complexity of the assembly and its mounting on the bottle neck.
