SUBSTANCE: proposed bottle cap comprises casing with its lower part, representing a detachable check ring furnished with stop ledge, and locking sleeve fastened relative to said casing, drain sleeve with drain branch pipe fastened onto the bottle neck, said branch pipe accommodating anti-filling gadget. It comprises also outer ring arranged at lower part with thrust collar. Lower part of aforesaid locking sleeve, located below the casing lower-strength line, represents tabs that can spontaneously bend outward, given there is no contact with check ring side surface. Drain sleeve outer ring has an additional collar located below aforesaid thrust collar. Note here that check ring thrust ledge, making the casing lower part, is located between thrust and additional collars.
EFFECT: new cap design, higher reliability and efficiency.
