FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: blade includes root (6) of blade, which has the possibility of entering seat (2) of disc (1), on which a blade wheel is made. The above device has the possibility of being positioned between the blade root and retaining wall (14a, 14b) of the above seat. The above device includes at least one gasket (7) made by means of connection of layers (8, 10) from stiff materials and layers (9) from viscoelastic materials. Gasket includes two parts, each of which forms side branch (7a, 7b) having the possibility of entering along one of two retaining walls (14a, 14b). Both side branches are connected to each other, thus forming a single part by means of the third part forming bottom (7c) of the gasket from stiff material. Bottom of the gasket is positioned relative to side branches (7a, 7b) so that it is positioned on front and rear ends of blade root (6) after installation. At least one layer (9) from viscoelastic material is located between two layers (8, 10) from stiff materials.

EFFECT: reduction of costs and improvement of productivity.
