FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: pipeline is formed seamlessly and continuously in a screw extruder arranged aboard the basic ship. Then, the formed pipe is supplied to a cooling liquid capacity. Balancing weights are fixed on outer pipe surface. Pipeline is lowered to the depth and laid at the reservoir bottom. A pipeline loop is arranged between the cooling liquid capacity and the reservoir bottom. All pipeline manufacturing and laying stages are synchronised in a single continuous technological process. It is possible to form a multilayered pipe from different polymers and metal-filled polymers. Initial polymer materials are transhipped to a ship by pneumatic transport. Final pipeline cooling is performed at its laying; with that, pipeline is deformed and repeats the reservoir bottom relief.
EFFECT: production and laying of a seamless pipeline at the reservoir bottom per technological stage; absence of welds; improvement of stress and strain state of a pipeline.
