FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: waste heat recovery generator includes a housing with a water supply and discharge and combustion products discharge connection pipe, in the lower part of which a furnace compartment with a combustion chamber is arranged, and above it in upper part a heat exchanger, a fuel hopper, devices for fuel feed from the hopper to the furnace compartment and fuel movement inside it, and a fuel feed control unit are arranged. Combustion chamber has a curved arch and inner lining. Ducts are installed on the outer side of the heat exchanger housing on its end walls. The first duct on the side of outlet openings of horizontal tubes has two separate planes. Upper cavity is connected on one side to outlet openings of heat exchanger tubes and on the other one to a combustion product discharge connection pipe. Lower cavity of the duct is connected to space above arch of the combustion chamber, and on the other side to outlet openings of heat exchanger tubes. The second duct is installed on opposite edge of heat exchanger to provide the change of hot gas flow direction through 180°.
EFFECT: device allows intensifying a heat exchange process and improving productivity without any design complication.
