FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power engineering. Heat generator consists of five equal sections arranged vertically one on the other, each of which consists of coaxially arranged inner and outer cylindrical shells, forming between them air space closed from above and from below, wherein four lower sections, assembled together with inner side, throughout the height are fired with refractory brick with asbestos gasket between them, forming inside them a single volumetric furnace space, covered from above by a strain, which is suspended to the fifth section – heat collection section, wherein lower section is installed on flat part of hearth and has through arched hole with cover of hatch lined from inside with refractory bricks, and overlapping air space between shells projecting outside of outer and inner cylindrical shells, and two rectangular holes with a hatch cover on the outer shell, arranged symmetrically about the central axial line of the hearth, dividing it into two equal parts, parallel to the vertical axis of the longitudinal axis of the through hole of the metal pipe, covering air space between shells for installation of screw conveyor end of conveyor of batch feeder of continuous fuel supply located opposite arched hole, at that, metal fuel supply pipe protrudes outside of outer and inner cylindrical shells, and its projecting part inside furnace space along length does not exceed thickness of lining, as well as metal overlapping, which makes arch of arch hole, at that, under, laid inside lining, has flat horizontal surface along width of arch hole base to opposite side of blown cylindrical shell and on both sides of flat base masonry bottom gradually rises in characteristic section perpendicular to longitudinal axis of metal pipe, has on each side of the flat surface of the hearth a rectangular shape with a stepped diagonal, located at angle of 30° to the horizontal surface of the flat part of the hearth, and in this characteristic section all rectangles similar, and with maximum height of rectangle are in its middle part and form turned upside-down trapezoid, beyond which edges should not leave of order brickwork, at that, inside the towering masonry part of the hearth on the second and fifth rows on both sides, there are rectangular pipes, the larger sides of which are located in the horizontal plane one above the other in the form of a fan, wherein the fan narrow part ends are located on the inner cylindrical shell with their holes outlet into the air space between the shells opposite the rectangular holes with the hatch covers on the outer shell, and their opposite ends do not extend beyond the masonry and are located under the masonry shifted from the central channel so that two extreme pipes are directed: one towards arch hole, and other towards fuel feed opening, and the other two pipes in each horizontal row are located with equal gaps between them, at that it is equipped with additional fans, which are installed on external cylindrical shell so that rectangular outlets of their branch pipes are aligned with rectangular openings of outer cylindrical shells of all four sections and located long side of rectangular hole along generatrix, made along external radius of outer shell so that front of incoming air flow coincides with vertical section of section passing through vertical axis of shells and between vertical axis of rectangular hole with cover of hatch on outer shell and vertical axis of arch hole clockwise from rectangular hole to arch hole, furnace space of all four sections by means of pipes of round section arranged evenly along circumference, is interconnected with air space between shells, wherein these pipes located in the first section are inclined downwards at angle of 15° and directed downwards of the furnace space on the hearth, and pipes of the other three sections are arranged uniformly along the circumference in the horizontal plane and at angle of 60° to the tangent circle of the inner cylindrical shell and maintain the cyclonic movement of air flow in furnace space, at that, in the second and fourth sections, these pipes are located in its upper part, and in the third one – from below, the upper fifth section has two through holes located opposite each other, into which branch pipes for gas ducts are installed, wherein the free end of the gas duct of the recirculation pipe is installed in the hole of the outer cylindrical shell, and the free end of the gas duct connection to the waste gas cleaning device is installed with overlapping air space between the shells, note here that on inner cylindrical shell between said through holes there are additional rectangular holes and on top it is closed by cover with central hole, in which there is a pipe with controlled gate shutting off outlet of heated gases from furnace space into atmosphere.

EFFECT: invention ensures continuous and efficient fuel combustion.
