FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: method involves first gathering current information about the monitoring object; creating a route for inspecting a territory with at least one surveillance means consisting of a plurality of points with fixed values of orientation of the surveillance means, which are selected so as to optimally inspect everything possible based on the technical capabilities of the surveillance means, surface topography and height of the structure of the territory, and which define a plurality of surveillance areas, wherein the surveillance means inspects each area immovably with a given magnification value.
EFFECT: high reliability of detection, reduced false triggering probability or false detection of an object, shorter time needed for detection, inspection and analysis of information about the territory.
