FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a material of a carrier for electrocatalysts on the basis of titanium dioxide doped by ruthenium, for application as the anode material in alcohol low-temperature fuel elements with a polymer proton-exchange membrane. A carrier of electrocatalyst is described for low-temperature alcohol fuel elements, containing titanium dioxide, alloyed with ruthenium oxide at the ratio of ruthenium and titanium from 4 to 10 mol. %, having single-phase composition made of particles of spherical shape with size of 15-25 nm.
EFFECT: increased electronic conductivity.
