FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: relay on a mast or flying carrier platform is raised to the required height. Mutual synchronisation of all objects involved in communication is performed after turning on the equipment and a single address known to all radio network members is provided. Communication network subscribers are fitted with global navigation satellite system signal receivers, data from which are used to determine location and form a single exact time scale. A temporary access technique is used for communication. Communication directions are separated using algorithmic temporary access to the radio network, where the address of the called party is the slot number assigned to that party, and said slot number can be assigned to new user equipment after the communication session.
EFFECT: reducing the allocated frequency resource and high security of transmitted information.
