SUBSTANCE: invention relates to data communication radio systems and can be used for communication between mobile objects, ground-based systems and transmitting HF stations. Through combined processing of HF radio signals received from a mobile object, ground-based systems and other radiation sources, the ground-based systems include a receiving phased antenna array and a unit for calculating the position of mobile objects, which facilitate dynamic control of communication resources.
EFFECT: high accuracy of predicting and selecting frequency, which is optimum at the present moment in time, for ground-based systems for servicing mobile objects.
