FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: method includes a step where, if transmission power required by a terminal device exceeds maximum transmission power, the terminal device calculates gain factor values required for non-scheduling grant services in the main carrier and secondary carrier, respectively; a step where the terminal device reduces the channel gain factor value of at least one carrier between the main carrier and the secondary carrier, wherein the reduced gain factor is not less than the maximum rated value of at least one of the primary and secondary carriers, and the minimum gain factor set for at least one the primary and secondary carriers at the network side; and a step where the terminal device determines the actual transmission power according to the reduced value of gain factor.
EFFECT: improved characteristics owing to higher non-scheduling grant services power in the primary carrier.
