FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: method and device are suggested for transfer of satisfaction bit that indicates whether additional resources are required for user equipment (UE) to transmit data of return communication line in mobile communication system, which supports service of packet data transfer along return communication line. UE establishes satisfaction bit for current process based on various criteria, depending on the fact whether current process is an active process, activated for planned transfer, or a non-active process, for which unplanned transfer is permitted. Unit B interprets satisfaction bits received for multiple processes, and interprets them according to types of processes. Then unit B determines permitted maximum speed of data transfer and number of active processes for UE and plans return data transfer for UE in compliance with defined result.

EFFECT: efficient transfer of control information of UE return communication line data packet for application in unit B during planning of return data transfer.
