SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to dairy farming and can be used in sanitisation of the cow udder. The device comprises a base, a movable and fixed discs of capture with slots, a locking mechanism, a moving mechanism. The locking mechanism is made in the form of a spring-loaded rod. The rod is mounted on the movable disc and is provided with a handle at the upper part. The lower part of the rod is provided with a bevel. On the fixed disc there is a series of holes and a groove in their location. The width of the groove is equal to the diameter of the said holes. The axes of the holes coincide with the axis of the rod. The height of the groove is taken with the ability of free motion of the rod in it. The device is provided with a mechanism for limiting the motion of the movable disc made in the form of a longitudinal circular groove on the movable disc, and a pin which is rigidly fastened on the fixed disc and entering into the said circular groove of the movable disc.

EFFECT: invention provides improved performance properties of the device.
