SUBSTANCE: system of oral care, comprising a toothbrush with a plurality of elements for engagement with the teeth and the cavity for removable placement of the dispenser which comprises a means for oral care. The dispenser has a longitudinally elongated housing which distal end has an applicator, at that the applicator is made of bristles, a porous material or fibrillated material. The dispenser housing has a compartment which is communicated in fluid medium with the applicator and located to retain the means for oral care. In one version, the dispenser may be formed as a dispenser handle, having an applicator at one end. The user can remove the dispenser from the toothbrush, to apply the means to the surface of the mouth and to re-install the dispenser in the toothbrush for storage.
