SUBSTANCE: wind-driven electric power plant on a constant air flow includes a variety of wind-driven power plants and a wind tunnel. Each wind-driven power plant is located in an underground tunnel connected to a long vertical wind tunnel suspended to an aerostat. As a result, due to inconsiderable drop of atmospheric pressure on pipe ends, a constantly acting air flow is created, and it means that an electric power plant will operate without any outages.

EFFECT: underground location of wind-driven power plants considerably reduces acoustic and vibration impacts on residential areas, which provides the possibility of locating an electric power plant closer to a user and reducing electric power transportation costs.
