FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: continuous supply of bulk material onto the conveyor belt is carried out with a bulk feeder; the weight sensor readings are determined at regular time intervals; calculation of weight performance is carried out, this performance is compared with a specified performance, the control signalling to change of the performance of the bulk feeder. At that, according to the invention, the bulk feeder performance is set equal to the difference of the specified performance and double error of performance of the bulk feeder; nonuniformity of flow of bulk material is measured at the outlet of the bulk feeder; calculation of weight performance is carried out taking into account nonuniformity performance of distribution of the bulk material on the conveyor belt, and the difference between the calculated and specified performance of the weigh batcher is eliminated by feeding to the flow of material of the bulk material which is poured from the conveyor belt, coming out of the additional bulk feeder with a maximum performance equal to twice error of batching of the bulk feeder.
EFFECT: improvement of accuracy of the batching process.
