SUBSTANCE: method involves carrots and bulb onions cutting and mixing with fermented cabbages to produce garnish, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the extraction cake mixing with tomato paste, drinking water, sugar, salt, black hot pepper, allspice, cinnamon and laurel leaf, the mixture cooking to produce a sauce, flatfish cutting, mealing in wheat flour and frying in vegetable oil, the flatfish, garnish and sauce packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: reduction of the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
