SUBSTANCE: method envisages recipe components preparation, leek cutting and sauteing in vegetable oil, spring onions cutting and freezing, garlic straining and sauteing in vegetable oil, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with fish broth and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with tomato paste, salt and black hot pepper, scad fillet cutting, mealing in wheat flour and frying in vegetable oil, the scad fillet, the produced mixture and fish broth packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
