FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: proposed hood comprises rod, carcass, bottom and top rings and cupola. Note here that said carcass consists of spokes, braces and main carcass element. Two ends on one side of carcass element articulated by first main brace and second main brace via main carcass element pin with said top and bottom rings. Wind-resistant eccentric hood comprises free position for spoke. Note here that said free position for spoke and spokes are distributed in circle through 360 degrees. Main carcass element stays in free position for spoke. Top crown is articulated with auxiliary spoke while traveler is pin-jointed with auxiliary brace. Auxiliary brace stays in free position from outside of this position occupied by said main carcass element.

EFFECT: wind-resistant eccentric hood.
