FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: receiving part comprises a receiving base attached on the hair clipper, and a receiving arm mounted on the receiving base with the ability to rotate. The said receiving arm is made with the ability of mounting a replaceable knife package on it. Between the rotation position and a locking position a movable locking element is provided. The locking element is made with the ability to lock the rotary movement of the receiving arm in the direction of the receiving base without the knife package mounted on the receiving arm.
EFFECT: prevention of slamming of the receiving part in the absence of the knife package in it is provided thereby reducing the risk of injury.
