Knife is driven into the oscillating movement in the transverse direction substantially parallel to the cutting comb leading edge. In the knives block, the hair removal member is provided, having the retracting teeth system. Said system teeth are arranged substantially along the cutting knife cutting edge at a distance from it. At that, the cutting knife is located between the cutting comb and the hair removal element. Cutting knife cutting edge projects beyond the hair removal element front edge.
