SUBSTANCE: electric train is equipped with windmills with diffusion devices that make electric power stations mounted (1-2) at head car section, (1-10) at head car roof and trailer car roofs. Every windmill is connected via transformer and thyristor inverters with DC traction motors of hear car and trailer cars equipped with chargers and storage batteries mounted under their bodies. Contact system and every windmill are interconnected via transformer and AC-to-DC thyristor converters with storage batteries. Every AC or DC motor is bolted to bogie frame to side. Shaft of every said motor is coupled with universal joint or flexible coupling for compensation of misalignment. Wheel axles run in bearings. Every mounted axle is furnished with gear wheel engage with pinion shaft and, via cardan shaft, with traction motor. Reduction gearbox is mounted at the layer of polymer material; and "П"-like bracket secured to the frame.
