FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: energy-efficient, ecologically clean and safe high-speed electric train and relates to railway transport. The electric train has a head car and trailing cars with driving asynchronous alternating current motors connected through a reducing gear to wheel pairs, powered from an overhead system and batteries with chargers. The train is provided with wind turbine generators with differential devices with grids, each generator, one or two wind-powered generating units, on the shaft of which there are 1-5 turbines or 1-5 turbines at two sides, or 1-5 turbines at one side and a flywheel at the other, is mounted on a frame in the cavity of the differential device with grids; 1-2 electric generating units are mounted in the front part of the head car; for outlet of spent air into the atmosphere from the differential device when the electric train moves forward, the driver's cabin is fitted on two sides with exhaust vents which are hermetically attached to the face of the differential device, and when the electric train moves in the opposite direction, air ducts operate as air inlets; the air stream from the driver's cabin creates pressure on the turbines which rotate the shaft and the rotor of the turbine generator; electric current is generated in the poles of the stator windings due to electromagnetic forces; and 1-10 electric generating units at the roof of the head car and 1-10 electric generating units at the roof of the trailing cars.
