SUBSTANCE: proposed lifter comprises the drive of running line 5 carrying carriages and having at least one boarding zone and one deplaning zone. Lifter comprises also the means for power supply to carriages including stationary electric conductor 20 connected with low-voltage power supply and including flexible current conducting wires arranged at, at least, one carriage and running line drive and moving conductor arranged at said carriage to generate electric contact with stationary electric conductor.
EFFECT: higher reliability and safety.
