FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nickel-based alloys as filler material, intended for production of parts and assemblies of most high-temperature zones of hot paths of promising engines, operating for a long period of time at temperatures of up to 1,200 °C. Adding material based on nickel for welding of heat-resistant nickel alloys, hardened by chemical heat treatment, contains, wt%: carbon 0.05-0.1; chromium 22-24; molybdenum 5.0-7.0; tungsten 5.0-7.7; cobalt 13.0-16.0; tantalum and/or niobium 3.0-4.0; titanium 1.8-2.0; manganese 0.1-0.5; silicon 0.1-0.3; magnesium 0.01-0.05; neodymium and/or praseodymium, and/or dysprosium 0.03-0.06; nickel - balance.

EFFECT: higher resistance to formation of hot cracks during welding of heat-resistant nickel alloys, higher impact strength and heat resistance after hardening chemical heat treatment.
