FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: rotor includes teeth, slots, a rim, spokes and a hub. Teeth are made in the form of a multiple-strand rope wound about the rim in the form of a spiral and formed with the rope sections located after the rim in flow direction. Slots are formed with gaps between spiral turns at joint winding together with the rope of a non-magnetic rope. Rope ends are fixed in a rime profile opening.
EFFECT: reduction of mass and dimensions of a wind electric generator rotor at minimisation of its cost due to a simpler manufacturing technology and relative cheapness of workpieces - comparatively short pieces of the rope, which are widely used in lifting and transport equipment.
