SUBSTANCE: modular electrical apparatus (10) has a connecting device (50, 60) for connection with an additional modular electrical apparatus (70). The apparatus (10) has a closed housing (20), and the connecting device (50, 60) comprises: a driven element (80) which can slide along a direction (M1, M2) between a working blocking position and a working opening position for electrical apparatus (10, 70); and a connecting element (90) which can slide along a direction (A1, A2) of the connection between a working connection position and a working disconnection position for electrical apparatus (10, 70). The direction (A1, A2) of connection is transverse relative the direction (M1, M2) of movement. The connection device (50, 60) also includes guide means (92, 94), having at least a first (92) guide plane for interaction with the connecting element (90) so as to cause the element (90) to slide along the direction (A1, A2) of connection. The first guide plane (92) is inclined relative the direction (M1, M2) of movement and the direction (A1, A2) of connection.
EFFECT: enabling fast and easy rigid and strong connection without using tools.
