FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to crusher and method and system for control over crushing. Proposed crusher comprises feeder, first-stage crusher to grind the fed material, second-stage crusher to grind the ground material and conveyor for transfer of crushed material from first crusher to second one. Crusher incorporates crushed material volume flow meters and material feed flow rate control means to feed rate adjustment in response to material volume flow variation. Said meters measure volume flow at one or more points between two or more grinding stages. Said material feed flow rate control means to feed rate adjustment in response to material volume flow variation. Machine-readable carrier with computer program for control module controls crushing process.
EFFECT: automated crushing.
