FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of construction materials, namely to obtaining binding material from dolomite, dolomitised magnesite, and can be used in manufacturing heavy concretes, wall, heat-insulating, decorative products, cellular concretes, xylolite and other materials for civil and industrial construction. Dolomite raw material is crushed to 0-0.5 mm fraction and tempered with water solution of carnallite chlorinator sludge with content of dry sludge 1-1.7% of raw material weight; granules are formed, burnt at temperature 550-700°C, cooled and milled to not more than 15% residue on 008 sieve.
EFFECT: obtained strength and uniformity of material volume change with simultaneous reduction of burning temperature and, respectively, energy consumption for production of binding material.
