FIELD: building materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to building materials, namely, to obtaining a binder from dolomite, and can be used in the manufacture of wall and finishing products for civil engineering. The method includes grinding dolomite to a fraction of 1 mm, roasting at a temperature of 600-700 °C for 20-25 minutes, cooling and activation. In this case, after cooling, the binder, which is caustic dolomite (MgO×CaCO3), is activated by grinding in an apparatus with an external electromagnetic field, into which it is fed by means of the translational movement of the piston along the inner cavity of a non-magnetic continuous pipe into the zone of rotating anisotropic ferromagnetic bodies with a diameter of 0.8-1.5 mm and 5-10 mm long, the movement of which is provided by the external electromagnetic field of the apparatus. In this case, the energy saturation and the length of the working zone is at least 100 kW/m3 and 0.6 m, the activation time is 3-7 minutes.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase the strength in compression and bending, the uniformity of changes in the volume of the material.
