FIELD: construction, road engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a process for repairing rut bends worn by driving vehicles in the bowl-shaped bend in the cross-section in asphalt and cement concrete pavement roads. The method for repair of road surfaces, including cleaning of worn road surfaces. After cleaning of the worn road surface they add stone fines into the formed tracks to a level surface of near bands, then they cut the worn strips by cutting the material from the side surfaces and bottom of the profiles using limit size of profiles, resulting from wear of the pavement under the influence of driving vehicles; at the same time the added stone fines are mixed by cutter knives with a granulate produced during cutting of rut bands with simultaneous application of a binder Perma-Zyme 11x. Further cut surfaces are treated, and leveling and compaction of the laid material is carried to a level not lower than the level of surfaces of the near bands buckling under effect of driving vehicles.

EFFECT: increased strength of adhesion between a layer of surface treatment with a base layer of pavement, higher bearing capacity, durability and efficiency of the repaired pavement.
