FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: lock 1 and an appropriate key 2 with a burglary-resistant mechanism comprising a stator 3, which has a receiver for a substantially cylindrical coaxial rotor 5; multiple radial channels 6, formed along the stator 3 and rotor 5 and each channel holds a code pin 7, which protrudes with one of its ends 7a into an axial well 9, which is formed in the rotor 5, and rests on the opposite side towards the appropriate locking pin 8, which is placed partially inside the rotor 5 and partially inside the stator 3, in order to set a configuration, which prevents rotation. Introduction of a stem 10 of the key 2 into the well 9 causes radial reciprocal motion of code pins 7 and lock pins 8; code pins 7 and lock pins 8 may be fully placed accordingly in the rotor 5 and stator 3, in order to set the configuration, which allows for rotation, after movement caused by a code facility arranged along the stem 10; the code facility comprises grooves provided along the stem 10 and made as capable of engagement with protruding ends 7a of certain code pins 7, other code pins 7 rest against the lever 11, which has the specified profile and is coupled with the stem 10. The code facility comprises grooves 12, which are formed along the lever 11 and may engage the protruding ends 7a of other code pins 7; other code pins 7 and appropriate locking pins 8 are arranged in the configuration providing for rotation at the specified angular orientation of the lever 11 and for movement limited by the depth of grooves 12.
