FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: cylinder lock (100) comprises the first actuating mechanism (102) and the second actuating mechanism (106), arranged at both sides of a cam (132) and made as capable of selectively activating the cam (132) by means of a coupling (142, 150), moved between two positions. At the same time removal of the first actuating mechanism (102) makes the coupling move to the third blocked position. In the cylinder lock (100) there is a weakened area, which is purposefully formed on the side of the cam facing the first actuating mechanism.

EFFECT: blocking of a cam in a certain position along an axis complicates unauthorised impact at it and its removal, which increases reliability of a cylinder lock.
