FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: use: to determine content of solid fat according to data of NMR relaxation. Substance: consists in the fact that they place an investigated sample into ampoule for NMR measurements, performance of the standard tempering procedure, placement of the ampoule into a sensor of an NMR-analyser, polarisation of the sample with a magnetising pulse, at the same time using the NMR-analyser operating in a complex with a personal computer, they produce a total curve of magnetic induction drop, which is recorded into the PC as a file containing pairs of numbers - time and according value of amplitude in each point, then they realise automated selection of parameters of a mathematical model described by the appropriate formula to the best matching with the shape of the total drop curve, and they calculate the content of solid fat in accordance with the certain formula.

EFFECT: higher accuracy to measure content of solid fat.
