FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and medical equipment and aims at the thermal exposure for treating pyoinflammatory and posttraumatic finger conditions. A device comprises a body with air flow holes cut on each side. The body accommodates a medicinal solution container, a mushroom-type patient' hand support with an adjustable stipe height, and a fan. There are also provided five metal cups symmetrical to an axis of symmetry of the body. A thumb cup is placed on the axis of symmetry opposite to the others. Thermoelectric modules ensuring a thermal contact are attached to an external surface of all the metal cups. The medicinal solution container is connected to all the cups through tubes. The hand support represents a small-size masseur on an external surface of which there are massaging lips around a mushroom's sphere to provide a thermal contact with hot junctions of the thermoelectric modules of the masseur carrier junctions of which are in a thermal contact with an air cooler of the masseur. The cooler carries the heat away from the thermoelectric modules of the masseur. The fan is designed so that to air the coolers and withdraw the air outside through the side body holes.
EFFECT: using the invention enables more effective exposure on the medial palmar space ensured by the combined mechanical and thermal-contrast exposure.
