FIELD: medicine; medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: thermoelectric semiconductor device for auricular thermal massage comprises thermoelectric modules, heat radiator thermally contacting with support seals of thermoelectric modules with working seals thermally contacting with effecting plate. Each of heat radiators is designed as multiple blades pinned on heat-conducting shaft, with decreasing diameter to shaft end, thermally contacting with support seals of thermoelectric modules pressed in flexible membrane. Heat radiators are dipped into body-filling paraffin. Each of thermoelectric modules is connected to multi-channel power unit, and two bodies pivotally connected to flexible metal plate form pair headphone.
EFFECT: enables to widen range of devices for local thermal action.
