SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. An isolation respiratory apparatus for the connection with a ventilator comprises a movable divider having a movable side on a first side of the movable divider and a patient's side on the other side of the movable divider. A body of the apparatus surrounds the movable divider and has an air inlet having an air connection with the ventilator. An inlet pressure reducer has a fluid connection with the movable side of the movable divider. An outlet pressure reducer regulating a positive end-expiratory pressure has a fluid connection with the patient's side of the movable divider. The outlet pressure reducer maintains a higher end-expiratory pressure than it is pre-set by the ventilator. What is disclosed is a system for the shared use of the ventilator, a method for the shared use of the same ventilator and a method for the improvement of the ventilator operation using the isolation respiratory apparatus.

EFFECT: inventions enable controlling the breathing gas supply environment and eliminating a risk of contamination in the shared use of the same ventilator.
