FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Apparatus for inhalation exposure comprises a respiratory mixture former configured to connect gas sources, forming respiratory mixture with given percentage content of each gas, the main unit performing operation in the controlled artificial ventilation mode, or in the auxiliary controlled ventilation mode, or in the independent breathing mode, equipped with the patient's respiratory mixture volume setting device and connected to the respiratory mixture generator output through the filling line, connected to main unit of inhalation and exhalation line equipped with taps for connection with atmosphere and combined into patient's tee, control unit and automatic control and monitoring means. Main unit is configured to perform operation in the controlled artificial ventilation mode, or in the auxiliary controlled ventilation mode, or in the independent breathing mode. Control unit comprises a display and a microprocessor controller configured to interact with automatic control and monitoring means, comprising an electromagnetic valve installed in the respiratory mixture generator on the line of each of the gas sources, a flow meter, means of measuring and stabilizing gas pressure, by means of associated with them automatic control and monitoring means, performing measurement and control of flow rate and pressure, providing independent control of flow rate of each gas connected with possibility of independent control of flow rate of each gas in accordance with signals of control unit. In the main unit there is a controlled setter of the volume of the respired mixture supplied to the patient, a sensor of its position and an electromagnetic valve, which enable to establish the flow rate of the respired mixture supplied to the patient in accordance with signals of the control unit, as well as installed on taps connection with atmosphere of inhalation and exhalation lines are electromagnetic valves for connecting/disconnecting taps of connection with atmosphere in accordance with signals of control unit. What is disclosed is a method for inhalation of the body by the apparatus.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency and expansion of functional capabilities of inhalation exposure.
