FIELD: medicine, resuscitation science, medicine of accidents.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for interhospital transportation of victims with polytrauma, requiring respiratory maintenance. For this purpose artificial pulmonary ventilation (APV) is provided to reach lung positive pressure value 10 mbar by exhalation termination. AVP is combined with application of antishock suit "Kashtan" of pneumocompression 20 mm m.c. Head end of transportation stretcher is lifted by 30°.
EFFECT: method enables to stabilise haemodynamics and to improve blood oxygenation due to preload decrease not reducing cardiac output, and to prevent cerebrum hypostasis development caused by venous return disorder from cranial cavity to precava due to head raised position.
