FIELD: textiles, paper.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises purification of fibres cooking in an alkaline solution containing a surfactant, bleaching in a solution of hydrogen peroxide, acidification, intermediate washing and drying. The cellulose-containing fibre is used as hemp with length of 5-40 mm. After purification, the fibre is additionally subjected to acidification of 10-15 g/l of sulfuric acid. Purification is carried out by soda cooking. Cooking in alkaline solution is carried out adding sodium sulfide in the following ratio, g/l: sodium hydroxide 50-60, sodium sulfide 7.5-18.0, and surfactant 0.5-1.0. Purification, additional acidification and cooking in an alkaline solution are carried out at 100-125°C for 60-120 minutes.
EFFECT: improving physico-chemical parameters achieved in hemp with length of 5-40 mm.
