SUBSTANCE: throttle valve has the possibility of being controlled by a fluid medium flow passing along the flow path from fluid medium inlet (29) to fluid medium outlet (27). The flow path includes a lot of holes (330) that, when being used, create pressure reduction on the throttle valve. Holes (330) expand in downward direction. Longitudinal axes (12) of holes (330) have a tangential component relative to a central axis of perforated sleeve (323) and an axial component relative to the central axis of perforated sleeve (323).
EFFECT: fluid medium cooling effect.
