SUBSTANCE: method of assessment according to the invention includes a stage of digital modelling of flow temperature with the help of a modelled signal (T1), and a stage of correction of this modelled signal with the help of an error signal (T2). The signal (T3) produced after correction represents assessment of the flow temperature. In accordance with the invention, when certain prerequisites are met, which relate to at least one working stage of a turbojet engine and to temperature stability, the error signal (T2) is updated on the basis of the modelled signal (T1) and the measurement signal (T4) of the flow temperature, which is generated by a temperature sensor (40).
EFFECT: increased accuracy of assessment of flow temperature in a turbojet engine of an aircraft.
