FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: input current converter (13) converts input current received via a terminal panel (11), into a pre-determined analog signal by means of electric isolation of input current by means of a transformer (14) and converts an analog signal received by means of the transformer (14), into a digital signal by means of a circuit (18) of analog-digital conversion. The terminal panel (11) of the input current converter and the end of the winding of the transformer primary side (14) are connected by means of the first metal plate and the second metal plate, which have solid shapes. The first metal plate that has a solid shape has the end connected to the terminal panel (11), and the other end connected to the end of the winding of the transformer primary side (14). The second metal plate that has a solid shape has the end connected to the terminal panel (11), and the other end connected to the other end of the winding of the primary transformer side (14), and connects the terminal panel (11) and the other end of the winding of the transformer primary side (14).
EFFECT: higher efficiency due to prevention of errors in wiring installation.
