FIELD: power converter modules.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a power converter module. The power converter module consists of a supporting metal base (1), which serves as a cooler for the power printed circuit board (2), a control circuit board (3) and a terminal panel (4). The base (1) has electronic components (5-8) that require cooling. These are power semiconductors (5, 6) and inductive components (7, 8) placed in recesses in the base (1) and filled with a heat-conducting compound, while the lower part of the base (1) is made smooth with the possibility of transferring heat to an external cooler. Input and output capacitors are located on the power printed circuit board (2) and connections are made between the power semiconductors (5, 6), the inductive components (7, 8), the input and output capacitors, input and output lines (9), which are located on the terminal panel (4). The control board (3) is placed above the power one (2) with ability to monitor and control the module.

EFFECT: high specific power, low noise emission, technological effectiveness of production.
