FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bee farming, in particular, to a sugary fodder additive. The sugary fodder additive for honey bees is produced on the basis of fermentative hydrolysis of maize starch diluted in water at a ratio of 1:3; one uses a mixture of glucoamylase and α-amylase enzymes; glucoamylase is taken in an amount of 0.85% of the maize starch weight while α-amylase - in an amount of 1.0 % of the maize starch weight; water solution acid content is equal to 5.3-5.8 pH; the process temperature is equal to 60-65°C; the product is stabilised with vegetal flavonoid - dihydroquercitin - in an amount of 0.2-0.4 wt %.
EFFECT: proposed invention usage allows to produce a fodder similar, in terms of carbohydrate composition, to a natural bee fodder.
