FIELD: fodders.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production, in particular, to a method for production of fodder carbohydrate additive from vegetable starch-containing raw materials. Method is characterized by that a first portion of starch-containing raw material with particle size of up to 1000 mcm in weight ratio of water: starch-containing raw material of 1:(0.4–0.6) is introduced into water treated in a hydromechanical dispersant and heated to 25–40 °C, amylolytic enzyme - alpha-amylase is added to the liquefaction process and treated in a hydromechanical dispersant, heating mass to 85 °C. Obtained mass is cooled to 50–60 °C and a second portion of the starch-containing raw material is added to achieve a total ratio of water:starch-containing raw materials in weight ratio of 1:(0.9–1.1). Second portion of the starch-containing raw material is preliminarily treated with infrared or microwave radiation until integrity of grains is disturbed, after which alpha-amylase is added. Mass is heated to 85 °C, then the reaction mixture is cooled to 65 °C and glucoamylase is added to saccharify the mixture. Starch-containing raw materials are selected from a group comprising wheat, barley, maize, triticale, rice, peas, beans, lentils, chickpeas, soya beans, lupine and rye.

EFFECT: invention usage allows to produce a product with higher feed value.
