FIELD: fire prevention facilities.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fire-fighting equipment, namely, the design of installation for fire extinguishing with water mist, which can be used to protect enclosed spaces and hazardous objects. The installation for fire extinguishing with water mist comprises a container with extinguishing liquid, a lock and release device, a supply pipeline connected to sprinklers mounted in the protected space, the siphon tube which inlet end is lowered into the container with the extinguishing liquid and the liquid-gas mixture forming unit made in the form of an adapter with a gas chamber, and in the adapter there is a cylindrical gas chamber, an inlet chamber, a mixing chamber and an outlet chamber, the axes of which are located in one plane, at that the axes of the gas chamber, the inlet chamber and the mixing chamber are parallel to each other, the mixing chamber communicates with the outlet chamber, the mixing chamber through the first oblique opening communicates with the gas chamber which through the second oblique opening communicates with the inlet chamber, the liquid-gas mixture forming unit is hermetically fixed in a neck of the container with extinguishing liquid, the mixing chamber from the side of the container with extinguishing liquid the outlet end of the siphon tube is attached, the gas chamber is hermetically connected through the gas hose to the container with the working gas, the outlet chamber is hermetically connected to the inlet end of the supply pipeline, the sprinkler comprises a housing which is formed with a channel for supplying liquid comprises a coaxial sleeve rigidly connected with it, with a nozzle fixed in its lower part, made in the form of a two-step cylindrical sleeve, which upper cylindrical step is connected by a threaded connection with a central core consisting of the cylindrical part and a hollow cone coaxial with it, mounted with an annular gap relative to the inner surface of the cylindrical sleeve, and the annular gap is connected to at least three radial channels made in the two-step sleeve that connects it to the annular cavity formed by the inner surface of the sleeve and the outer surface of the upper cylindrical step, at that the annular cavity is connected with the housing channel for supplying liquid, and the cone at its lower part is rigidly attached to the dispenser using the screw which is made in the form of an end circular plate, the edges of which are bent towards the annular gap between the nozzle and the hollow cone, at that on the side surface of the cone at least two rows of cylindrical throttle orifices are made with axes lying in planes perpendicular to the cone axis, and in each row there are at least three openings, and the axes of the throttle orifices of one row are offset relative to the axes of the throttle orifices on the other row for the angle lying in the range 15°-60°.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of fire extinguishing while reducing consumption of the initial fuel agents and time required for fire suppression.
