FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in feeding the signal to track section circuit to be measured at track initial section and defining the train position by received signal variation. Extra signal of track occupancy is generated at rolling stock to be transmitted to and received at initial and final track sections to decide on location of rolling stock at track section by availability of said signal. Control system comprises track hardware transmitter unit and receiver unit. Additionally, every rolling stock comprises extra track section occupancy signal generator connected with onboard control hardware unit. Initial and final section track hardware is equipped with receiver of extra track section occupancy signal. Said receiver is connected to track, switch and signal interlocking hardware unit.
EFFECT: higher reliability.
