SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technical means for organizing and controlling the movement of trains for monitoring the presence of rolling stock on a section of a track. System includes a block of onboard control equipment installed on each rolling stock and a radio message formation unit about the current state of employment of the first and the second rail circuits of the track section, the track apparatus including the transmitting unit, the receiving blocks of the first and second rail circuits, the receiver of the radio messages of the track equipment, first and second electromagnetic relay, the OR gate, the blocks of the equipment of the track automatic blocking and electrical centralization of the arrows and signals, the power supply of the receiving end equipment, computers of the automated workplace of the dispatcher of communication and signaling service and the automated workplace of the train dispatcher.

EFFECT: it is possible to increase the reliability of the system by preventing false emergency braking of the electric rolling stock.
